There are two club rides each week, one on a Sunday and one on a Wednesday.
Sunday rides start at either 9.30 or 10.00 and usually finish around 17:00. Wednesday rides start at 10.00. Starting points are normally The Stag, Chester Road, Walton, Warrington WA4 6EG or Earlestown Market, Newton-le-Willows WA12 9AQ (Check schedule for details)
Our club rides are at a steady pace and we leave no one behind. On Wednesdays we typically do 35 to 45 miles at an average speed of about 10-12 mph. Sunday rides are a similar speed but we usually go further, the longest being about 70 miles. Its quite relaxed and informal and we stop for a sandwich at lunch times, so bring a packed lunch. Routes are mostly on road but may sometimes include some canal towpaths and tracks.
Our rides are mixed and open to all.
